Crystal-Windows 2K problem

Just rolled out our first Win2k workstations.
Users are running into a couple of problems-

When they browse to a Crystal Report file and double click on it, Crystal
launches, but no report comes up. They can only open reports by going
through the Crystal Report's File...open.

When pulling up a report with saved data, the data does not display (only
the field names).

Any ideas?
