We have a client who is having problems running Crystal Reports on Windows XP on their Gateway manufactured computers. It happened when the following Hotfixes were installed (seems to only affect Gateway computers):

Any thoughts? At the very least, we are trying to help them narrow down which Hotfix may have caused the problem. The error message is the generic "Incorrect session paramters". Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
