Crystal Reports XI Release 2 - Service Pack 3 update

Everytime that I open a Report, I get the Crystal Reports XI Release 2 - Service Pack 3 update screen (I already updated to R2 sp2) and when I try to execute it I get an error 404 (an internet communication error).
How can I fix it or how can I get rid of the popup (update) screen?

I believe you can uncheck the "check for updates on startup" on the help menu to disable this behavior.
