I am running crystal reports using a VB reports scheduler. This scheduler has been working fine for years with SQL Databases. I have now added a report which uses a Remedy ODBC as a datasource. This is a simple crystal report which runs and opens correctly within crystal reports itself. However when running the report via the scheduler, once the input parameters have been put in, it comes up with the following error 'Crystal Reports Viewer: Server has not yet opened'. Has anyone had this problem before???, and how do I solve it?

Is the ODBC DSN expected by the report set up on that PC?
Does it require a password?
Version of Crystal?
Version of runtime components used by the VB application?
