Crystal Reports and PeopleSoft

Wanted to find out if anyone else is experience same issue and have resolved it. Here goes...

Created Crystal Reports in development environment based on queries generated using PeopleTools Query. Saved queries with "public" access. Migrated queries and Crystal reports (.rpt files) to integration testing environment. Some reports (ones with parameters) work and others do not work.
Anyone seen this before and know the solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
