I was wondering if anyone out there is using Crystal Reports with Epic. (Epic is a medical billing system created/distributed by Epic Systems Corp in Madison WI). It's really helpful to be able to check with other users as to what they might be doing to solve a problem or general thoughts on a topic.

Thanks!

Thank you for replying in! May we contact you when questions come up? We aren't experiencing any specific issues currently, but it's nice to have those contacts. Also, please feel free to contact us if you have issues as well.

How long have you been on Epic?
What version of Crystal Reports are you using?
Are you using Crystal Enterprise?

Thanks again!

We are currently using Crystal 8.0.1.0 for report writing and Info Server 8.5. We are planning to upgrade to Crystal Enterprise this summer and 8.5 for CR. EPIC has not certified 9.0 yet, but we are waiting with anticipation. We have an EPIC roll out plan that is 3 years. We are currently about half way through that roll out. We would be happy to help if we can. We have a team of 8 experienced report writers. And we have all certified in either the Financial or Clinical or both.

Thanks,
Muffntuf

To all EPIC SYS users, is anyone trying to directly connect to there production server via KB-SQL?

We are experiencing problems with connectivity to the server using KBSQL.
