I just upgraded from Crystal Report 8 to 8.5. I'm using a database in Access 2000. Almost everyting is working great except for one problem. I have one certain database in Access that refuses to let me access it through the web. I have checked to make sure it has been set up as a System DSN and that it resides on the same machine as the coldfusion server. Do you have any suggestions on what else I may try to make the repetitive logon go away? I had this problem with version 8 but it was only that the databases weren't system dsn's. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You might try searching Crystal's KB for the term 'looping login'. There are several things that could cause it. I would be surprised that the upgrade alone would cause this change. Did anything else change in the environment? Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting

I haven't noticed anything else unusual since upgrading. I do not have any problems with any of the other reports that use other databases. Just this one. I've been browsing Crystal's KB but so far nothing has helped. I've deleted the ODBC connection several times and recreated it to see if I've overlooked something on that end, but it hasn't worked. Thank you for your time. :)

We had the "repeating logon" problem in V7 and solved it with a newer version of the ODBC Driver. Our database was DB2, however, not MSAccess...
