Crystal report (Report Desinger components) PRINTOUT Problem

hi all

I am facing problem with crystal report ,I have more than 12 reports some of those reports fail to print, when I click the print icon from the report viewer the report does not print. The printer dialog appears, but there is no print out.

I have checked properties it is the same for all reports
I tried to print the report directly I got same problem

myreport.printout

the print dialoge appear but nothing happen when pressing ok

front end visual basic 6
crystal report version 8.5

this is what i came up with to print my dsr reports without viewing. I had to install an update from crystal to do this but it works great, here is a link to the thread

I don't have any problem with cancel print function,my problem is: when pressing print button on print dialoge nothing happen at all
I did install the hot fixes update which you mention in your thread but the problem still there
note :I got this problem in 3 reports only the others are working perfectly

any more help will be appriciated
