Crystal Report Chart Color Legend Problem

I have created a report which extracts data from a description field and counts the number of records for each of 3 groupings, however when I chart that data, the colors change for the groups.

Ex. - Group 1 - blue on legend for first 3 records and the color changes on the 4th record. I have reviewed the groupings and put them in specified order, attempted to group Top N and I cannot determine why the group colors are changing on the chart. I am doing a side by side bar chart which is charting 3 groups of data

Does anyone have a formula that would assigned specific colors to a specific value.

In design mode, select your chart, do a right clik, select chart expert, select "color highlite" and from there you can create your own arguements.

What version of Crystal Reports are you using? This option is available in Xi, not sure about earlier versions.
