Hi, I have recently upgraded from Windows NT to Windows 2000 but I am still using Crystal Reports 7.0 Pro.

Some reports that worked fine on NT will not run on 2000. The reports connect and runs through the correct amount of records but then just sits there and doesn't display anything.

I am using the CR Oracle 8 ODBC.

Has anyone else experienced any problems with Crystal Reports 7.0 Pro on Windows 2000 or got any ideas what could be causing the problem.

Cheers, James

I am having problems with CR 7.0 and Windows 2000. I tried to load CR 7.0 on another machine and got an error saying
"Could not open file C:\\WINNT\CRWSETUP.LOG". I also got this error trying to load a compiled report on the same machine. I posted this problem on Tek Tips and got no responses. I've been able to load Crystal 7.0 on my machine and a couple of others with no problem, yet it doesn't work on other machines. I am downloading Crystal from a 3rd party, so I'm wondering if that may be part of my problem. Right now, I don't have a clue!!
