We have a webserver using the ICB (now known as Ripplestone) application that works with IIS & .Net to deliver web reports. We did a fresh install of all the applications on a new server but get this error when more than one user tries to run a report:
Error 014 - Error occured while reading data from data source
Error Number: -2147189544
Error Description: A Crystal Reports job failed because a free license could not be obtained in the time allocated.
We are using Server 2003, IIS 6, .Net Framework 1.1 & Crystal Reports V10 with ICB Reports. ICB support says this is a Crystal Reports error since the ICB ap allows concurrent connections. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
