Crystal Enterprise ---cleaning out the queue

Hi,
I'm using Crystal Enterprise 9 to distribute (through email) on average 100 reports per day to various users. At times the Crystal APS service must be stopped after reports have started going out ---usually the reason is that some data tables have not been updated properly. Anyway, when we restart this CE service often times several reports are run in CE two or 3 times (instead of once) and delivered each time.
Is there a way to remove in one swoop the long list of reports waiting to be run, instead of going through one-by-one???
Any help would be appreciated.

Instance Manager (from Admin Samples) I think this was available in v9.

Thanks for the response. I searched for Instance Manager but couldn't find it ---what is Admin Samples??

I did find that in the Report Object there's a Limits tab where one can limit the number of saved runs of the report. Unfortunately doesn't solve my problem ---at times a report scheduled to run once a day runs several times on same day, so I need CE to be able to limit the report to run once.
