Hi,
Are you running your own CSP orogram instead of using the default ePofolio ?
If so, then I believe that you are missing the file "chart.csp". Just search this file (it is located in one of the sub-directories of your Crystal Enterprise in your server. After you've found this file, copy it to your own directory where your own CSP script resides.
