I have created a mailing label using the Crystal Reports 9 mailing label wizard (for avery 5160 labels). Everything works fine. It prints great.

However, when I put this report on the web server that Crystal Reports Enterprise 9 Advanced, then a problem happens. As I view this report through the web with the adobe acrobat reader, printing is a problem. the alignment makes my right column move too much to the left and too much down. If I manually try to modify the labels, then the left column is too much too the right and too much up. And this is printed from the exact same printer that will print it perfectly if opened directly from the crystal Reports 9 Client.

Has anyone come across this problem? or have any suggestions? Thanks

Make sure the web server that is genreating the PDF has the same printer driver installed as the machine you developed on.

I hope this helps

I have finally found the answer.

When adobe acrobat pulls up the labels and the user selects print, make sure you either uncheck the shrink to fit box or select none instead of shrink to fit (this will all depend on your printer).

This has solved my issue, hope this can help someone else.
