Crystal 8.5 help files do not show up

A customer recently installed IE7, and crystal 8,5 help is not responding. This was a known issue for IE6 and Crystal 8.5 help, however the solution provided on the BO website did not work.

I found nothing specific on IE7 and Crystal help on the BO website or on a google search.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The old issue I recall required a registry setting.

Saying that something didn't work and not referencing it doesn't help, take alittle time to post reference material:

Keep in mind that CR 8.5 is quite old, and no longer supported. The fact that it doesn't work with the latest software shouldn't surprise you.

Yes, as I indicated, I already have both of those links, and I modified the registry as instructed. I just wanted to avoid a long post, which is why I did not provide the links.

At any rate, the link provided does not solve the problem. So we are still where we were when I started the thread.

Anyone else have any ideas? I have already mentioned upgrading to Crystal XI Pro, but this is beyond my control.
