Hi,

Is it possible to Group Sort on columns? Specifically, I'd like to filter for Top N, just like what can be done on the rows.

Thanks.

Select the crosstab by clicking in the upper left corner->report->group sort->topN.

I cannot see any tabs to invoke top N for columns when I
Select the crosstab by clicking in the upper left corner->report->group sort

I can only see tabs available with the row names.

Is it possible to do Top N for columns?

Oh, I see. I think you have to pivot the crosstab, ie., make the rows the columns. Then you can do the group sort the usual way. Select the crosstab->right click->pivot crosstab.

I see how this works. However, is it possible to get TOP N rows by TOP N columns?

Example
Rows: Customers
Columns: Products

Specifically I'd like to see on the crosstab the sales of top N customers on the top N Products that we sell.

Thanks.

No I don't think it's possible unless you do the pivot.

I figured if I want to do this I must write a command to query for the results first and then put it into the crosstab.
