Crosstab Query Creating a Report Issue

Hello,
I am using a crosstab query in an Access database to track employee attendance. A manager can select the desired dates to be viewed, and this is the format of the query:

11/1 11/2 11/3 11/4
Bill Vac
Pete Sick Sick
Tom Vac

The crosstab is working fine; I pull all the data I need. When I try to create an Access report with this crosstab query as the source, the report does not "pull" any fields from the crosstab - the crosstab is blank, and has no fields for the report to pull; even though when I run the crosstab itself, my data does appears correctly. Any ideas on why the report is not finding fields in the crosstab? Thanks in advance.
 
Try setting the "output all fields" property of the query to "YES".

I turned the "output all fields" option on, but the report still is not picking up the crosstab query fields.
