A hotel room 419 has crossed lines with a room 519, WHen dialing 419 from the SWITCHBOARD, both rooms ring any idea where to start what syntax of commands I need to run to investigate and troubleshoot?

This sounds more like a cabling issue than a switch issue. I would trace out the pairs and see if something is double punched or if these are on a bunching block somewhere.
You can also do a "sta sta xxxx" and if one is call-fowarded to the other.
