Hi folks,

I'm using CR_XI. I have a crosstab which displays the hours worked by resources over a year. So it kinda looks like a timesheet. The crosstab is in columns by date and rows by resource.

Is it possible to have a title above the column of resources? And what if I add more data beside the Resource Name?

Cheers

You can either:

1) Insert a text box in the upper left empty corner and try to position it to align with the crosstab borders. This will not repeat on additional report pages although it can be formatted to repeat on horizontal (virtual) pages, with mixed results (You would also have to go to the customize style tab and check "repeat row labels".

2) You can insert a formula as your first row field:

whilereadingrecords;
"Resource"

You would then have to go to the customize style tab and check "suppress subtotals" for this new row field.

This will create an left outer column with the label. You can rotate the text 90 degrees and center it, for a nicer look.
