My requirement is to align center the cross-tab report horizontally. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Unless this has been added as new functionality in version XI then this isn't possible.

There is a new feature in XI that allows you to conditionally change the position of the left border of an object. There is also a feature called relative positions in the section expert.
