Hi Experts,

I have a report that prints a specific page footer on each page. However on the last page i dont want it to print. Which is fine. I have a formula that hides it when its on the last page. However, i have another footer that i need printing, only on the last page. Problem is that, this footer is in the reports footer area which as we all know will print after the last report record, ie, half way up the page. Now i know what you are thinking, create another section on the page footer, but heres the problem, i need to display a cross tab in the final page footer, and i cant place a cross tab in the page footer. Any ideas ?

Put the crosstab in the report footer. Go to format section->report footer and check "Print at bottom of page."

Just in case anyone was wondering, but i managed a work around, as you know a report footer prints immediately after the last report, ie somewhere up the middle of the page. By selecting print at bottom of page takes care of this but not if you have a page footer, as crystal will reserve that space for the page footer.

To solve this, i created a sub report and placed it in the page footer, which then allows me to place the crosstab in the subreport. Hooray, this means my sub report is at the end of each page, which i hide until its the last page.

Thanks for the tips.
