Cross-Forest Admins

I am new to the whole cross-forest thing. I was wondering how you create a user account that has admin rights in both forests. I am trying to migrate users/groups/computers from one forest to another with the ADMT tool and it says the account that runs the ADMT software needs to have admin rights in both forests. I haven't found a way to do this. Any pointers?

If you have forest trusts established, you should be able to add your account to both Domain Admin groups. Try this
