Cross footing errors

I syncronized to computers running PT Complete 2002. I now get a GL acct ##### won't cross foot.

Any suggestions to a solution?

general ledger doesn't foot in period 9, I ran integrity check!

This has the answer on how to run the integrity check to fix your problem.
