Cross-browser vertical autoscroll script 2

Hi guys,

I guess I don't use the right keywords in my Google search because I can't find one of those JS scripts that scroll some content vertically so that it's always on screen when a visitor scrolls the page.

I need a totally cross-browser one of course.
I'm sure there is one somewhere ...
