CRM - Pop up to client record when incoming call comes in

We have the Avaya IPO 500 system in the budget for next year. We are using a CRM called Junxure.

They can tell me that ShoreTel system will do this but they are not sure about Avaya. He said basically the phone system "Needs to be able to call an executable"

For instance - this command will open the clients record in CRM that matches the incoming phone number

Run - C:\Program Files (x86)\CRM Software\Junxure\CodeDN\Junxure.exe “5555555555”

So my question is - can the Avaya IPO 500 system call en executable like the command above? Is there third party software that does that or how would I accomplish the CRM integration?

You will need a 3rd party application for that.

In theory PhoneManager Pro would have done this but it's no longer sold
