Critical issue

Hi,

My problem is the following one :

When running Groupshield 5, some mail items seems to disapear. Then it is impossible to read it on m: drive, OWA or outlook.

The problem is the same when installing other VS API software like trend ScanMail.

Does someone help me ?

you should set your virus software to not scan the M: drive because this is a virtual drive. MS originally indented the M: drive to be used for brick level backups but changed at the last minute and have since recommended that you do not make any direct changes to the M: Drive.

However, no file-antivirus is installed on my server, so it is not the problem of scanning the ifs m: drive;

Any idea ?
