I made a query for a report that has specific criteria. The criteria is asking what major does the user want to review the report on. ["Please enter Major"]. But, the report obviously doesn’t show the jobs that are listed as "All" in that field. To better explain it, the user can enter a specific major to view the report, but I also want the report to list the jobs listed as "All" as well....

Then your criteria needs to include an OR so:

WHERE MyField = [Enter Major] OR myField = 'All'
