I have a query that has criteria for a field referenced to a selection Form.....[Forms]![Employee By Supervisor frm]![Combo4]...and it works.

Question...I want this criteria use the current criteria (above)or, if [Combo4] is blank I want it to return all records base on the rest of the query.

I have done this before but can't remember how I did it.

Help please for this forgetful person.

I'd have a look into the Nz() function.

Hope this helps

In the criteria cell of the field:
=[Forms]![Employee By Supervisor frm]![Combo4] OR [Forms]![Employee By Supervisor frm]![Combo4] IS NULL

Hope This Helps, PH.
