Creating signature template on Exchange 2003 server

Is there anyway we can create a template on exchange server that contains a message send out with every outgoing email through exchange.

Like if somebody is creating an email in outlook, his signature would be already there as it is saved on the outlook. I wanted to create a template on exchange that contains a company's message. When somebody sends out an email that company message should go at the bottom of the signatures with the email.

Is that possible??

I have installed this software. Disclaimer is working fine. But is there anyway I can disable the spam filter. Because I have not set it up yet but still i feel it is working.

We already have a spam filter setup for our company, that is why I do not need this additional spam filter.

So please if someone know please let me know.
