Creating Own Functions

You can create functions using VB and other programming languages. It is my understanding that version 9.0 will allow you to create functions inside of Crystal Reports.

Version 9.0 is currently in beta - I don't have a release date.

If you need to create a function, check out George Peck's "Crystal Reports Version 8.5 - The Complete Reference". It has a section on how to do exactly that. Plus at $30 its a bargain. Software Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
