Creating New Cirtix Profiles

I would like to know if there is a way to setup a profile for a Citrix user without logging in first? This setup would need to include printers, Exchange setup, etc. I am using W2K Advanced Server and Citrix MetaFrame. Thanks in advance for any help.

What I do is customize the Default User Profile and deploy Office with a custom MST created with the Custom Installation Wizard from the Office Resource Kit, that contains the Exchange Server Name, %UserName% for the user's mailbox and any other settings you want to be the defaults.
