Creating Mailboxes

Hi,

Is there a way to import several users mailboxes (that are not Exchange\Outlook) into the GAL, I have these mailboxes on several contact lists and need to put them into the GAL but do not want to type in 500 addresses, so if anyone knows of a way I can import these addresses please let me know.
