Creating mail item in Outlook - need to specify from field

I have created a little app to fire off an email to update staff details. One issue I have found when trying to implement is that the helpdesk have two accounts each running on Exchange.

I have tried playing with the mailitem object, but cannot find the propery to set (the only likely ones come up as read only when running).

Does anyone know which property should I use or any other suitable workaround?
