We are looking to install Opera at a 800 capacity resort which also has non residents who may be given a resort card for transactions. Residents will be charged to their own unique id / room whilst non-residents could be charged to their a temporary PM account settled at the end of the day.
What we need to understand is
1) How do we encoded a card from Opera to identify guests individually and can be read by Micros
2) How do we encode a card for a non resident but may be a member of Spa / Gym / Ten Pin via Micros Activity Scheduler (Concept) to be read by Micros
3) If someone has experience of above what printer/encoder works best for regular production of 4000 cards a week
4) When a child card is used we would want a denial of service for alcoholic beverages / tobacco products
5) Whatever solution we go for we must be able to demonstrate ROI
