Creating email based on Excel fields 1

I have an excel spreadsheet with column A containing email addresses, column B containing subjects, and column C containing message-body content. I'd like to be able to invoke Microsoft Outlook and generate an email for each row. Is there a black-belt in VBA that can help me write this macro?!?!? I would be very appreciative :)
