At school we recently had Exchange 2000 installed. We double-click on an icon which says Web Exchange. We have a need to create distribution lists for each of our student groups. Each teacher may have approximately 10 groups of 30 students each. At present I am having to create each student as a contact and then add the contact into a distribution list. Surely there must be another way. The problem is that there is no help available. We have a front-end which disables all the usual Help facilities. The engineer who installed the software was not able to help either. My husband said I should be able to use the Public Folders. The users exist on our system, but how do I get access to the users to drag users into my distribution lists?

I hope someone can help. I am not able to send emails to my students because I have not got around to keying in 300 contacts!

Fleurie,

I have a similar post three up from this one. If I find anything out I'll let you know.

Thanks,
