creating distribution list as a delegate O2K

We have a user who acts a delgate for a VP. She would like to create a distribution list in the VP's contact list. After creating the new list in the VP's contact list, she goes to pick the members and the list of contacts brought up is "her" contact list. Is there a way to pick his contacts without using a public folder?

The delegate would need to add the VP's contacts folder as an e-mail address book in her Outlook Address Book.

If the VP's contact folder is displayed in her folder list you would right mouse click the folder go to PROPERTIES and then Outlook Address Book.
