I need to send out the same e-mail once a week to every person in the office. Is there a feature in outlook where i can do this or do i have to buy the microsoft add-on?

Since you did not find the feature, take a wild guess ... ;-)

Ok, but sending the same mail every week? If I may ask, what is the idea? Some policy reminder or so?

I am not sure exactly what the purpose of the email is or how it is to be used, but one "out of the box" idea would be to set up a dummy recurring appointment in outlook for everyone in your building and set it up to take no time. Then you can write the message in the big box and it will show up on everyone's calendar each week and allow them to click on it and read it, and it will not impact their schedule.

Like I said, I am not sure if that is practical for your application, but it may be a workaround.

okay okay.. I solved my own problem before. I basically did what susejdrol said. I set up a task and marked it as reoccuring weekly and assigned it to everyone on the network. It then sends them the same mail every thursday.

Thanks anyway :)

I would like to do the same thing as MAR here and I dont think that the "task" approach will work for me. Is there a way to use the task scheduler to actually perform a task? (like sending an email) I beleive that the answer lies within VBA but I will let you be the judge of that.

Thanks in advance,
