I am trying to create new templates and edit old templates using Windows-Word 2000. The problems I am having are:

1. After creating the template and it becomes functional for other users, they cannot do a spellcheck because the document is protected. Is there anyway for them to spellcheck their work without unprotecting the document?

2. The templates have been created using text boxes and fillin fields. Most templates are 1 page long. When other users are using the template/document after they've typed a few lines, it rolls over to another page (from a 1 page to a 2 page document)even though there is more than enough room without going to the 2nd page. How can I anchor the bottom of the page so it does not move?

Thank you
