Creating a W2K Service in Delphi

Hi,

I currently write in VB although did have Delphi in version 1,2 and 3.

I need to make a program that I've written in VB work as a service. However, VB is rubbish at creating services.

My questions are:-

Is it easy(ish) to do in Delphi
Can I do it with the Personal Version

I can't afford to purchase the Professional version and don't need Database access so would Personal do?
