Creating a spreadsheet from ASA 1

I recall being able to create a spreadsheet for al stations from ASA. I belive it was from the GEDI is there a way to do such from emulation. In either case what are the steps to do such?

In the toggle browser go into export data and fill in the fields that you would like to have on it.

Thanks Mikey,

Just to make sure this latop is functioning fine. I picked my fiels I choose to save it on a stick as an rtf file is there something else Im supposed to do afterwards because I cant find it on the laptop or even onb my stick. Please advise

When you you going through (I believe it is step three) the steps, it shows you where to file will be saved to. You can make this easy by creating a new file on your desktop or documents and have it saved there. It should look something like this.

C:\Documents and Settings\Mikeydidit\Application Data\Avaya\Site Administration\user\export_station.txt

The box at the end of this field lets you browse and put it in whatever directory/file you want to. This is also the screen you will have to play with a little to get the comma delimited file like you want it. Run a test export on one or two stations to get the format like you want it.
