Creating a Drop Down box and Displaying Record 1

Hi everyone,

Within a form I need to have a drop down box of all staff names. When you select a specific name, I would like the form to display the information on that form for the current member of staff selected. Does anyone know if this can be done?

Why not simply follow the combo wizard ?
