Creating a basic ACD

I am relatively new to Nortel Symposium. Could someone provide direction with creating a ACD with menu options. I know that this is done through Call Pilot, Application builder and Symposium.

I suspect the lack of response is this is a lot to try to do in a brief description. I would start with asking if you have any you can copy.

Basic ACD is just that. You start with one of these.... allocate your extensions to it.

Go past that and into Symposium....

There is no copy that you can do, and the honest thought is that if you have no background, get professional help.

I have other departments that are currently using symposium. My experience is with Genesys and Cisco UCCX/UCCE not Nortel.
