created public folders but cant see them

hi

ive created public folder in outlook and i can see the folder through my own outlook wiht no problems. i cannot see the folder created from anyone elses outlook. the permissions are correct. i have gone onto the exchange box and done a directory synch - but no luck?

any ideas?

On the properties of the folder in admin program, advanced tab, make sure "hide from address book" is not checked. It is by default I believe.

thanks - but ive already tried that. even forced kcc but still no luck.
