Hi All,
I have a split front/back end Access database. What I'm trying to do is run some code in the front end, which copies an existing table, renames it, and links the new table to the front end.
I've no idea how to achieve this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance
BenC

I think if you'll refference Front End.mdb in BackEnd.mdb and create table in BackEnd.mdb and link it to FrontEnd.mdb - then whatever you do with FrontEnd.mdb will mirror into the EndFront.mdb.
Table will be linked alredy and just will get renamed ...

I hope it is not TOO confusing :)
TIA

Hi Tia,
I'm afraid you've completely lost me with that one.

Thanks
BenC
