Create Some Query or Report Where selecting 1 of several records

Hi every body....
So, I have Table-A and Table-B, there was joined with a Query. The Table-A have some records and the Table-B have record#1#2 or several records that was Attachment with one of the records of the Table-A. When I create a report for the record#1 of the Table-A it sum all the records that was Attachment with theTable-B.

I need a report or Query that bring me all the records from Table-B that was respective for the record#1 from Table-A and do the same function to the other record's.
Can Anybody Help Me...!!!

Im doing your recomendation but nothing happen. I create a repicla one to one, one to many and many to one and no result. Look that was a sample data that i receive when i preview a report.

I need receive from the Id#5 and the NumProyect -04-024 all the name reference.
