Create new certificate

Hi all,

Doing a job for someone who is currently on holiday. The security certificate for our staff gateway has expired. I was asked to go to \\servername\certsrv which takes me to a webpage to request the certificate from the server - but I was told that this would be the place from which i could create a new one. I cannot find an option for me to create a new one - is there another page i need ?

Sorry this is a bit hazy - 'someone else's job' and all that

/certsrv sounds like it is Microsoft Certificate Services. If that's the case, the main page should layout fairly simply. Ours has a section called "Select a Task:" and below that is a link that says "Request a certificate". Do you not see those things?
