Hi,
I have about 60 users at our company who have just moved to another company and another exchange server. I know how to setup the contacts and mail forwarding but just wondered if there is any way to do this in bulk ?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, you can use VBSCRIPT to create the external contacts first, then to set up the forwarding.

I already have code for making the contacts, if you can wait a few days I'll look at the settings for the forward for you. In the mean time you should put together a list in excel, column A put the user login name, column B put the forward to address. The excel spreadsheet will be used by the script.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
