Create mailbox

Hi,

I took the practice to use Dameware NT Utilities to manage my domain, but when I create a user, I don't have the option to create the mailbox, do I have to do that everytime on the Exchange server ?

Is it possible to create mailboxes outside the exchane server ?

Are you using Active Directory? If so you can create a user from anywhere as long as you are connected to the main exchange server. There can only be one Exchange server in a Domain that gives out uniqe Mail ID.
