Hi,
I normally don't manage servers and I would like to create a batch file to stop and start two services. Do I just create the file...

netstop "service name"
netstop "service name"
netstart "service name"
netstart "service name"

Where and how do I make it happen?

Thanks

Create a txt file named SRV.txt and write your script. When completed change the .txt extention to .bat - your script will run when you double click on the file.

you can set up a schedule to run your script. Start -> Settings -> control panel -> Scheduled Tasks. Point the task to your SRV.bat file on the computer, configure the time you want it to run.
